Since 1987 I have been trying to rebuild the dragon and have a professional cast it in bronze.

This is the infamous dragon that has haunted me since 1986 - I made this in oil based modeling clay and made a mold to cast it in bronze. After some sad events with a local bronze foundry I tried to cast it myself. Due to my inexperience it blew up and all I got out of it was a burn scars from the molten bronze.

.
I work on it on and off - Then something happens while it is sitting around, this winter the cats knocked it off the shelf in my studio/garage and broke both legs off. I'm only 30% complete and now I have about 150% to go again!

The jade frog, (left) hand carved with a German "Soligen Pocket knife" True sediment jade, found in Oregon and rare to find. (mined in Riddle, Oregon) This piece is hand polished so fine that handling it continues to keep it shiny. I had exorbitant amounts offered for this Jade Frog, and I turned down all until I found a home that will appreciate the beauty and rareness of the "Jade Frog". Rand & Kathy Kroessin of South Beach have given this artwork an environment it deserves.
